Chris Protopapas

Chris is an accountant by profession (non-practising) and has been involved in the property industry since 1980.

Since 1998, he has been exclusively working with a select few individuals, as well as substantial companies, in a trusted advisor and consultant capacity in all aspects of the property industry, from residential and commercial investments and developments to private homes.

In simple terms, with local knowledge and good contacts within the property industry, he is able to source most property requirements, generally in London and further afield if necessary

How I Work

Understanding client requirements is the most important aspect of my work.

In cases where a client is uncertain as to the direction to take I am able to provide options for the client to decide, whether it is to create a portfolio of investments or a single investment or a residence.

I can provide the complete service from sourcing the suitable property and finance to refurbishment, development, project management and indeed full management if the property is rented

Cost of my Services

I charge for my services according to clients' requirements. Where possible, all fees are agreed in advance at the time of receiving instructions.

Duty of Care

In all cases, I work with the essence that I have a duty of care to my clients whether it is a single transaction or creating an investment portfolio. Should a project be outside my own expertise, I know the right people who can offer satisfactory solutions, always for the benefit of the client
